Welcome to TimeWarp Drip. By shopping with us, using our website, or just vibing with our content, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. We wrote them like humans because we are humans. Read them — they’re actually not boring.

Terms of Service — Use Shopify’s template as a base; add a note that all products are custom printed on demand and final sale unless defective. That’s exactly how TimeWarp Drip operates: bold art, made-to-order products, and real accountability when something goes wrong.

1. Who We Are

TimeWarp Drip is an online store selling graphic apparel, accessories, home decor, and lifestyle goods for the bold, the unapologetic, and the ones who are simply built different.

We are based in the U.S. and may ship domestically and internationally depending on product availability, fulfillment options, and shipping settings.

2. Using Our Website

You’re welcome here — as long as you’re not here to cause problems.

By using timewarpdrip.com, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian
  • Not copy, steal, reproduce, resell, or misuse our designs, content, product images, graphics, logos, copy, or brand assets
  • Not use our website for anything illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or shady
  • Not try to hack, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or break anything on our website
  • Not interfere with the security, functionality, checkout process, payment systems, or customer experience of the store

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit access, or block users who violate these terms.

3. Our Products

Everything in our store is custom printed on demand and made to order. That means your item is created specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, all products are considered final sale unless defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and real life. Your monitor, phone brightness, display settings, and lighting may all affect how a product appears. Your screen may lie a little — we do not.

We do our best to represent products accurately and stand behind our quality. If something arrives wrong, damaged, defective, or misprinted, please review our Refund/Return Policy.

We make bold art. We also make it right when the issue is on us.

4. Final Sale Policy for Print-on-Demand Items

Because TimeWarp Drip products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color expectations based on screen differences
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders
  • Preference changes after production begins
  • “It’s not what I expected” when the product matches the listing details

However, we will review and resolve issues involving:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Misprints
  • Manufacturing flaws
  • Wrong item received

Defect or damage claims must be submitted according to the instructions in our Refund/Return Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, and product availability at any time without notice.

We accept approved payment methods available through our Shopify checkout and payment providers.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your billing and shipping information is accurate
  • You understand your order may enter production shortly after purchase
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees

Don’t use someone else’s card. That’s not drip — that’s fraud.

6. Orders & Fulfillment

Once you place an order, it may go straight into production.

That means:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations after an order is placed
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after production begins
  • We cannot guarantee product changes after checkout
  • Production times are typically 3–7 business days before shipping
  • Shipping times vary by location, carrier, product type, and fulfillment provider
  • Tracking information will be provided when available

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, supply chain issues, or the universe just being chaotic.

We’ll always do our best to help you track it down — but once it leaves production and enters carrier hands, some things are outside our control.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, TimeWarp Drip is not responsible for replacement or refund unless we determine an exception is appropriate.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with:

  • Your household
  • Neighbors
  • Building management
  • Mailroom or front desk
  • Local post office or carrier

We’re helpful, not magic — but we will assist where we can.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, product images, artwork, slogans, written copy, brand concepts, and creative assets on this site are the property of TimeWarp Drip, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, modify, imitate, upload, screenshot for resale, print, manufacture, or commercially use our intellectual property without written permission.

Our art is our livelihood. Respect it like you’d want yours respected. 🛡️

Unauthorized use may result in legal action, takedown requests, platform complaints, or other remedies available under applicable law.

9. User Content, Reviews & Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, comments, feedback, or other content to TimeWarp Drip, you grant us permission to use that content for store operations, marketing, social media, advertising, product improvement, and customer experience purposes.

You agree not to submit content that is false, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing, unlawful, or harmful.

We may remove or decline to publish user content at our discretion.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotions, discount codes, sales, and special offers may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Discount codes may not be combinable unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional use that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended offer.

We take your privacy seriously.

Plain version: we don’t sell your trust, we don’t play with your data, and we don’t spam you for sport. If you sign up for emails or texts, we may slide into your inbox with updates, offers, cart reminders, or product drops worth seeing.

We’re a small brand doing big things — not a corporation with a legal army, but we do protect ourselves. Fairly.

We work to keep the website running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.

Sometimes apps glitch, platforms update, carriers delay, and technology chooses drama.

We reserve the right to update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the website or Services at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state where TimeWarp Drip operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or legal forums as permitted by applicable law.

Let’s hope it never comes to that — we’d rather just fix the problem.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Shopify settings, legal requirements, policies, products, or operations.

When we update these terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

We’ll try not to change anything wild without a heads up.
