"All TimeWarp Drip™ products are made to order via print-on-demand. Production takes 3–7 business days before shipment. Domestic delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after production. International orders may take longer. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless defective.

Every piece from TimeWarp Drip is made to order — custom printed, just for you in true TimeWarp Drip Style. That means we don’t do the whole “try it, return it, repeat” thing. But what we do do is stand behind the quality of every single item that leaves our production floor. If something’s wrong, we make it right. No runaround. No corporate nonsense. The Real Talk on Returns

Because our products are print-on-demand, custom printed, and made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind — we believe in your choices, own it 👑
• Wrong size ordered — check the size guide, it’s there for a reason
• “It’s not what I expected” — our product photos are accurate; what you see is what you drip

When We Absolutely Got You

If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong — that’s on us, and we will fix it. No guilt trips. No jumping through hoops.

Here’s what qualifies:

What to do: Email us at hello@timewarpdrip.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it and get a replacement or refund sorted — fast.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We don’t do store credit as a default — if you’re owed money, you get your money.

Shipping Policy

Every TimeWarp Drip item is custom printed on demand, so production time is part of the process. Most orders require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

Estimated domestic U.S. delivery is typically 5–10 business days after production. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather, fulfillment volume, or address issues.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we do our best to get your order moving quickly and keep the drip on schedule.

International shipping may be available and may require longer production, transit, customs, and delivery timelines.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says delivered but your package is MIA, contact us within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier. If it’s confirmed lost in transit, we’ll reship. If it shows delivered and you can’t locate it — check with neighbors, your building, or your local post office first. We’re helpful, not magic.
