Shipping Policy — We’re Getting It To You. Here’s How.

We know the moment you place an order, you’re already mentally wearing it, hanging it, gifting it, or showing it off. We get it. Here’s everything you need to know about how your drip gets from us to your door.

Shipping Policy — Key customizations: TimeWarp Drip products are print-on-demand, which means every item is custom printed after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Estimated domestic U.S. delivery is usually 5–10 business days after production. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. International shipping may be available, but longer timelines, customs delays, and import fees may apply.


1. Processing Time

Every TimeWarp Drip order is made to order — printed fresh, just for you. That means there is a production window before your order ships.

Standard production/processing time: 3–7 business days before shipment
High-volume periods: During holidays, major drops, sales, or heavy order volume, please allow up to 10 business days
Weekend/holiday note: Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

Pro tip: Order early. The streets wait for no one, but shipping carriers might.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order finishes production and ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States 5–10 business days
Canada 7–14 business days
United Kingdom 7–14 business days
Europe 10–20 business days
Rest of World 10–30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers are doing their best out there — weather, customs, fulfillment volume, incorrect addresses, and the occasional chaos of the universe can cause delays.

We will send tracking information when available so you can follow your order’s journey.


3. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

TimeWarp Drip does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Estimated delivery windows are provided to help you plan, but they are not promises. Shipping timelines may change because of carrier delays, customs, holidays, severe weather, production volume, supply chain issues, or other events outside our control.

We’ll always do our best to help you track it down, but we cannot control every step once the carrier has the package.


4. Shipping Carriers

We may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers depending on your location, the product type, fulfillment provider, and the size of your order.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.


5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide when international shipping is available through our store and fulfillment partners because bold art has no borders. 🌍

However, international orders may be subject to:

Customs duties and import taxes — these are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility
Customs delays — we cannot control how long your package sits in customs, but we’ll help you track it
Longer delivery timelines — international shipping usually takes longer than domestic U.S. shipping

TimeWarp Drip is not responsible for packages delayed, held, refused, returned, or seized by customs.

Please check your country’s import rules before ordering if you are unsure.


6. Shipping Addresses

Double-check your shipping address before you hit that order button.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or missing important details, we cannot guarantee a fix once production starts.

Contact us immediately at hello@timewarpdrip.com if you catch a mistake.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

We believe in you — proofread that address. 👀


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says delivered but your package is nowhere to be found:

Check with neighbors, your household, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or a safe spot on your property.

Contact your local post office or carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the issue is still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we’ll review the issue and may reship your order.

If tracking shows delivered and the carrier confirms delivery, we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a replacement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We’re helpful, not magic — but we will try.


8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@timewarpdrip.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging, if available

We’ll review the issue and, if approved, get a replacement or resolution handled — no drama, no runaround.


9. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or by using the tracking link in your email.

No tracking email? Check your spam or promotions folder first.
